Sore Arm/ Felt Energy Body

      I attended the breathwork class with no expectations not wanting to be disappointed. I've gone to many types of classes, workshops and healings to have nothing occur or change. This time, however, was different. As we began to breathe within a few minutes I felt the roof of my mouth and nose vibrate. The intensity grew and I mentioned to Maile what I was experiencing. She told me I would feel that through my whole body. My immediate reaction to my self was "I doubt it but let's see."

     
 About half an hour later I could feel a pulsing move through my arms. The intensity there grew as well. My hands especially were buzzing. I was sitting on the floor at the time and had an overwhelming desire to lie down. I lay in a fetal position and suddenly felt the strong pulse move down my legs to my feet. I have never in my life felt this amount of energy coursing through my body. After only a couple of minutes of this full body sensation  we were encouraged to breathe normally again.
 
     The minute I sat up the pulsing stopped everywhere but my arms and hands. After about a minute only my hands were pulsing and the intensity grew. I began to have a pins and needles sensation not IN my hands but in the field AROUND my hands. It was a very strong prickle but without the pain. Then it all subsided.
 
      It was the following day that I noticed a change in my elbow. For several years I've had an issue with being unable to heal completely after an injury so I've been dealing with chronic pain in various areas of my body. I'm functional but not completely comfortable. Last spring I was pulling weeds and noticed at one point that my right elbow was hurting me. Since then (over 6 months) I have had to move it frequently throughout the day or the pain builds up. I've tried many modalities with no success. The next day I became aware that my elbow was not bothering me. Today when I put my full attention on it and focus I can barely feel a shadow of discomfort. I am very grateful for this experience and I'm looking forward to attending another breathwork class in the future. H.P.

Stress And Insomnia Improved

My work with Maile has been a profound experience. I always come away from a session feeling better than before.  My sleep has improved and so has my anxiety. She is amazing! S.N. 

Difficult Break Up

One client came in after a really difficult break up with someone she had been dating for a year and a half.

She knew this was the right decision but still felt a lot of emotional pain. During her session, she felt a lot of pain in her chest area. Very intense. 

After her session, she felt much lighter with much less emotional pain and more peace. 

Dying of A Broken Heart

I had a client whose husband of 45 years died suddenly and unexpectedly of a brain aneurism.  My client was naturally heart broken and devastated by the loss of her best friend and life long companion. 

She was very active for 70, but following the loss of her husband started having several false episodes of stroke and heart attack like symptoms.

She also began walking very slowly like she was 100 instead of her normal fast and energetic gait.  After some convincing, she agreed to do a rebirthing session. 

At first she refused to acknowledge the rage that came up at the beginning of the session. She was incredibly angry that he had left her.  After some encouragement she let the emotional waves flow out.

The next day, she said she felt back to normal and could not believe she recovered her energy and overall, to her great surprise felt better able to accept this tragic event.
